Program Notes:
I initially created the three "Alien Mixes" in 2018 as an experiment in combining different synthesized sounds and elements as stereophonic fix media. The first version of this album used slightly faster tempi and relied heavily on percussion. While the same can be said about the 2024 update heard in this recording, I chose to extend the music and apply more audio effects: primarily, by playing around with the "Reverse" function and through the plethora of "Raum" reverbs from Native Instruments via the Audacity DAW (Digital Analog Workstation). I also ran all three tracks through the "Vaporwave Effect" function via CD-ROMantic to add to the overall soundscape.
